Tasks

• Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic advice on all topics related to the use of neuroscientific insights for business growth and optimization.
• Problem Solving: Address strategic and tactical issues in areas such as organizational development, change management, and crisis management.
• Business Models: Drive the development and implementation of new business models and create concrete roadmaps and business cases.
• Innovation Promotion: Engage in innovation fields with clients and within plattformX.
• Project Management: Responsible for the content and strategic management and design of client projects on-site, lead workshops, and support interdisciplinary teams in problem identification and solution design.
• New Business: Actively engage in new business activities and play a leading role in pitches and presentations.

Profile

• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in management consulting, ideally with a focus on organizational development and change management.
• Neuroscientific Knowledge: Understanding and application of neuroscientific principles, particularly neural plasticity, in business contexts.
• Technical Understanding: Basic technical understanding and experience in evaluating and implementing business models.
• Communication Skills: Confident demeanor, excellent presentation skills, and written fluency in German and English.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to the demands of consulting projects.
